MANE awarded the Generation Contract trophy by French President

On September 29th, the French President and the French Minister of Employment presented Jean Mane with the “Generation Contract” trophy.
This award rewards the company's commitment to creating long-term employment opportunities targeted to young people as well as preserving senior employment and fostering the transfer of skills across generations.
As a result of the agreement which was signed in 2013 between the company’s management and representatives of trade unions, 73 people under the age of 26 have joined MANE's teams, and the number of senior employees has increased by 20%.
This agreement highlights the company's active efforts to dynamise its social policy.
