The French Flavours Association (SNIAA) invited MANE to introduce GREEN MOTION™ at the 2018 Flavourday organised in Paris on the 22nd of November.

The topic was “How flavouring contribute to build tomorrow’s food?”
During this successful day with more than 230 attendees, most of them from the Food and Drink industry and distribution, we explored the lavender ingredient with GREEN MOTION™, the first tool in the industry which calculates the green footprint of ingredients or final solutions. It integrates the 12 principles of Green chemistry and enables MANE to set goal for continuous improvement. We also demonstrated how the GREEN MOTION™ tool can help the flavour profile of a vanilla-flavoured food product and contribute to improve its environmental impact.
