MANE at the Annual Global Food Technology & Innovation Summit 2015

MANE participated as workshop sponsor in the 13th Annual Global Food Technology & Innovation Summit, which took place in London on March 2nd and 3rd.

The Global Food Technology & Innovation Summit is the pre-eminent meeting of the world’s most established yet exciting food & beverage companies.

The summit attracts the leaders in food innovation, R&D, NPD, marketing and branding from the world’s leading consumer food and beverage companies.

Participating companies can sponsor workshops and case studies to demonstrate their recent developments in areas dealing with food and health issues of interest to consumers all over the world. Meetings and panel discussions of participating companies’ delegates and the sponsors allow getting a deeper knowledge of the market needs in the different regions of the world as well as developing and fostering B2B relations.

MANE was invited to sponsor a workshop regarding its SENSE CAPTURETM platform with an emphasis on sodium reduction and umami enhancement.

During the summit, Holger DOERING and Willy HAJDAREVIC from MANE’s Savoury Category team showcased how its proprietary solutions differentiate from other flavour houses’ propositions and focus on its USP, which is the unique knowledge in biotechnology and the emphasis on natural solutions.
