The MANE savoury category EMEA will be present at this event held in Malaga, Spain, from October 8th to 10th 2018.
The theme of the conference is “Chips and Snacks – Formed Products to End of Line”, which covers supply chain contributions from different speakers of the snack food industry and equipment suppliers. 
Holger Doering will represent the MANE savoury category at the conference by giving a speech related to snack flavour trends, including insight into today’s consumer expectations and trend discovery platforms, how the trend scouting is changing influenced by the internet and social media in a digitalised world and how the food and flavour industry has to adapt to these changes.
