MANE at CFIA 2012

MANE participated in the 16th edition of the CFIA tradeshow, from the 13th to the 15th of March 2012 in Rennes (Brittany, France), together with its subsidiary France Protéines Services (FPS Groupe MANE).

The CFIA, The Crossroads of Food Industry Suppliers, saw this year an increasing number of visitors (+12% vs. its 2011 edition), making this tradeshow the place to be to discover the latest innovations for Food Processing Industries in Europe.

MANE and FPS presented a large range of solutions dedicated to savoury applications including:
• SENSE CAPTURE SALT: natural and clean label solution addressing sodium reduction challenges and guaranteeing a full salty taste in a wide scope of applications (soups, sauces, stocks, prepared meals, processed cheese, processed meat, crab sticks, savoury snacks…)
• MANE NATIVE MARINADES: creative and innovative dry marinades entirely formulated with natural flavours and applicable on meat products for an exclusive organoleptic signature

MANE’s Savoury division addresses EMEA Food Processing Industries with customised solutions thanks to a well established network of production facilities, R&D centres and sales teams.
