MANE at CFIA 2013

MANE participated in the 17th edition of the CFIA tradeshow from the 11th to the 13th of March, 2013 In Rennes (Brittany, France).

With more than 13,000 visitors, the CFIA (The Crossroads of Food Industry Suppliers) is the place to discover the latest innovations for Food Processing Industries in Europe.
It was the occasion for MANE to exhibit its latest innovations:
  1. SENSE CAPTURE Salt: a natural and clean label solution addressing sodium reduction challenges and guaranteeing a full, salty taste in a wide scope of applications (soups, sauces, stocks, prepared meals, processed cheese, processed meat, crab sticks, savoury snacks...).
  1. MANE NATIVE Dairy: natural flavours with at least 51% derived from dairy sources, with authentic dairy profiles and usable in a large range of applications (dry sauces, mashed potato, pasta fillings, processed cheese...).
Complete and customised solutions designed by MANE's Meat Centre of Excellence - MEAT PRO - were represented as well. MEAT PRO provides solutions for the meat industry throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa including functional and aromatic, vegetable proteins and flavours. Its R&D team support meat players with a 360 degree approach to taste, texture and appearance.
