MANE continues to invest in the savoury category

Savoury flavours and seasonings are one of the key growth drivers for MANE.

MANE has invested significantly in the savoury category over the last 10 years. The latest investment is the extension of the savoury laboratories of MANE's headquarters in Bar sur Loup (France) which have been designed to provide a facility where we can work in partnership with our customers. The opening of the new labs is planned for September 2013. The new space offers three different sections: a culinary lab, a snacks lab and a tasting room which can also be used as a meeting room.
The new 150m2 labs, which represent a €1 million investment, were fitted out with state-of-the-art equipment enabling the team to reproduce, as faithfully as possible, the production process of finished products. Along with the support of our flavourists, our chefs and application managers will develop tomorrow's innovative snack and culinary products.
The savoury and culinary labs are linked together so that both areas are able to inspire each other. MANE has reinforced its team and expertise with the recruitment of a savoury snacks specialist, Andrew Hunt.
