MANE organised a training with students from ISIPCA, a leading French higher education establishment in flavours and fragrances. During the seminar, MANE unveiled the key factors for formulating effective vegan flavouring solutions for fish and seafood analogues, a growing market.
According to Vegconomist, the global plant-based seafood market is projected to grow 28.5% annually until 2029. Therefore, it is crucial to prepare future flavourists to respond promptly to market demand.
MANE is deeply committed to training future generations of flavourists. Last year, the company received the FIE Food Training & Education Award for its work with students from ISIPCA and Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland.
