On 23rd September, MANE will participate at the first “Taste and Flavour” congress organised by ISIPCA, the world's leading school in the fields of fragrance, cosmetics and flavour.
The congress program covers general topics around taste and flavour and will go into a more detailed approach during the “taste formulation” session. In this second session, our scientist, Lizeth Lopez, will explain how flavour science can be an answer to the current taste challenges linked to major market trends such as the development of masking flavours that are designed to cover off-notes coming from plant-based ingredients. Our regulatory expert, Eric Angelini, will also introduce the upcoming challenges of the flavouring world.
