After a successful first edition in 2012, the Community-Minded 2013 edition of “Taste of France Show” will offer New Yorkers the ability to experience France in a brand new format. The Second Edition of TASTE OF FRANCE will take place in the beautiful grounds of Bryant Park on Saturday and Sunday, September 28-29, 2013. The event will explore the diversity of the French world through events and programs focusing on CUISINE, LIFESTYLE, TOURISM, FASHION, BEAUTY & FRAGRANCE, CULTURE, TECHNOLOGY and INNOVATION.
With free general admission and open to the public, visitors will discover the best of what France has to offer today, such as a 3D projection of the construction of Paris, a Montgolfiere hot air balloon, culinary demonstrations by the best French chefs in addition to music and dance shows. People will also be able to purchase freshly prepared French cuisine and enjoy world class French wines and spirits.
Beauty industry innovators, MANE and Crafting Beauty come together for the world’s largest event dedicated to France. Highlighting the expertise of French perfumery, MANE’s contribution to this exciting event will feature a live distillation demonstration of imported lavender which gives the public a unique opportunity to see the process of how perfume is made.
In special collaboration with Crafting Beauty, an exclusive 2013 TASTE OF FRANCE signature fragrance creation will be available for sale, bottled to perfection and handcrafted by French perfume producer, Crafting Beauty. The scent is available in limited quantities and is sold exclusively at the TASTE OF FRANCE show.
