MANE was ranked 1st in the 2026 Happy Trainees Index for the best internships and work-study programmes in the 50 to 99 interns and apprentices category, up from 4th place last year.
Eighty-nine MANE trainees and apprentices gave us a 94.4% recommendation rate via a questionnaire, illustrating their high level of satisfaction.

This top ranking reflects the company’s commitment to young talent with ‘MANE & MOI, Intégrer’, a four-day induction programme for all new employees – including interns and work-study students – in France. They learn about the Group’s activities and values as well as its health, safety and environmental commitments. The new recruits also take part in a Climate Fresk workshop.
Moreover, our ‘MANE & MOI, Manager’ programme provides managers with the tools they need to offer a working environment conducive to integration and fulfilment. Both programmes work side by side to enhance the work experience at MANE.
