MANE is proud to announce that it has ranked 3rd in the Alternance France category and 4th in the Trainees France category on the 2025 Happy Trainees Index.

The Happy Trainees Label allows companies to gather feedback from their interns, apprentices, and work-study contract holders on their work environment and conditions.

In total, 103 MANE trainees and apprentices were questioned, with 97% participating in the survey.

Here is what they appreciated most:

  • Learning opportunities: projects, training, mentoring
  • Development of soft skills: contact with clients, managing priorities, taking initiative
  • A good work-life balance

MANE is eager to continue shaping young future talents! With this in mind, the company launched MANE & ME Integrate, a new integration programme. Aimed at all new employees joining MANE in France, this programme is a 4-day onboarding course which is also open to interns and work-study students.

New recruits explore the Group's activities and values and meet managers. They also gain insights into health, safety and environmental commitments of the Group as well as participate in a Climate Fresk.

This positive result is also possible thanks to MANE & ME Manager which provides managers with all the tools they need to create working conditions that are conducive to being part of a team and thriving as an employee. These aspects of the workplace are particularly important for apprentices, for whom proper support is the key to success.

We are extremely grateful to our talented trainees and apprentices for their hard work and contributions. We are equally appreciative of our tutors, mentors, and managers for their commitment to passing on knowledge and skills.
