Décideurs RH of Groupe Ficade organises this prestigious annual HR event, offering conferences, networking opportunities and an award ceremony. The 2025 event brought together almost 800 HR professionals at the Pavillon d’Armenonville.
The Gold Trophy recognizes the “MANE & MOI” social strategy and its programmes, presented during a pitch in front of a jury of HR experts. At the heart of the project: the deployment of a managerial culture aligned with the company’s strategic challenges.

“MANE & MOI, Intégrer” is our induction programme for onboarding new employees that includes pre-onboarding, training, a Climate Fresk workshop, key meetings, and manager-focused tools. “MANE & MOI, Manager” is a SKEMA-certified managerial programme that comprises training sessions, hands-on practice, mentoring and conferences to develop leadership and relational skills.
