Maintain the highest ethical standards
The MANE’s Code of Ethics is our framework. It was designed to guide us in our decisions and actions. All collaborators must adopt the principles outlined in this guide and use them to benefit the Group and its partners. The present Code of Ethics is an essential element of our shared success. It is the basis on which we have built our approach to Sustainable Development whilst guaranteeing our integrity and thus inspiring trust in those around us.

REPORT A NON-COMPLIANCE CONCERN
In line with our high ethical standards, it is crucial for our company to have a robust reporting system, that enables us prevent any illegal behaviour within our operations, as well as along our value chain.
When our employees can not or do not feel comfortable speaking up to their manager, their representative bodies or their local human resources department, they can report confidentially through our SpeakUp system.
Our dedicated reporting channel, SpeakUp, also gives the chance to our external stakeholders to report potential non-compliance of the company with laws or with the MANE Group Code of Ethics.
It is independently operated by a third party and offers you anonymity if you wish.

At MANE, we believe that being a responsible company starts with behaving in an ethical manner. Maintaining the highest ethical standards is part of the MANE Way, the foundation for everything we create, build, and do. As a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) since 2003, respect for Human Rights has always been one of our founding and strongest commitments. Through this Human Rights Policy, we reaffirm our full commitment to respecting all internationally recognised Human Rights standards within our operations, as well as along our value chain.

Our Sustainable Purchasing Policy reflects our commitment to integrating environmental, social, and ethical considerations into our procurement processes. We work closely with our suppliers to promote responsible practices throughout our value chain. This policy outlines the standards we expect and the actions we take to ensure sustainable sourcing.
Protect animal welfare
At MANE, the protection of animal welfare and the environment is not just a priority - it is a cornerstone of our identity. This unwavering commitment is reflected in our strict policy of not conducting animal tests on our flavour or fragrance compositions.
