A major commemoration of the September 11, 2001 tragedy was organized in Paris by the New York based Association « The French Will Never Forget ». The Mane Group wished to demonstrate by its contribution to this ceremony its unwavering support to the American families afflicted by the consequences of act of war.
Two twin towers, 25 meter high, were erected on the Trocadero square to commemorate the ten year anniversary of September 11, covered with the names of all the victims of the attack and with messages of friendship and hope.
A solemn ceremony took place, in the presence of American and French authorities. Children corals, young American musicians and a classical music concert by the Paris Music Academy (Académie de Musique de Paris) punctuated this special day, making this commemoration event the biggest in the world outside the United States of America.
