Our MANE Fragrance teams recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Fragrance Research Centre in Le Bar-sur-Loup in the South of France.
Jean Mane, MANE Group President, and Samantha Mane, MANE Group Vice President and EMEA Region Director, attended the ceremony. In their speeches, they highlighted the centre’s history and growth and thanked the collaborators for their commitment, passion, and savoir-faire.
The celebration was also an opportunity to look to the future with the inauguration of a new Sensory Centre of Excellence. This state-of-the-art facility measuring nearly 100m2 is equipped with the latest sensory analysis technology. This allows us to measure and improve the technical performance of fragrances such as strength, durability, and bloom.
A video projection retraced the centre’s history. Attendees saw photos of the building construction. They also viewed photos of the first teams to work in the offices and laboratories, contributing to the creations that later became successful worldwide. Guests were presented with some of these iconic hair care, personal care, fine fragrance, fabric care and home care products, and they tested their scents. These iconic success stories are some of MANE’s greatest achievements and a source of inspiration for future creations.
This timely event also brought our teams together around a delicious buffet to mark the end of the year. It was a delightful way to build team spirit and enhance a sense of belonging to the MANE fragrance family.
