At this year's edition of FlavourTalk in London, a one-of-a-kind exhibition dedicated to flavour innovation, we were delighted to unveil cutting-edge ingredients and our unwavering passion.

We meticulously selected five ingredients and showcased them in taste experiences merging the realms of comfort food and guilty pleasure. Our ingredients team highlighted our extensive expertise in natural extraction, biotechnology, and purification, demonstrating our commitment to pushing the boundaries of flavour exploration as we tirelessly pursue our #wedoitgreener mission. VANILLA INDONESIA INFUSION & RUM PURE JUNGLE ESSENCE™ in a mocktail

Introducing MANE’s novel source for iconic vanilla: Indonesia! VANILLA INDONESIA INFUSION unveils a distinct and complex bean profile enriched with rum-like facets. This ingredient promises to impart an irresistible gourmand note to many flavour applications.

RUM PURE JUNGLE ESSENCE™

RUM PURE JUNGLE ESSENCE™ was created with avant-garde JUNGLE ESSENCE™ technology, revealing a nuanced profile that blends fruity and spicy notes with subtle hints of smoky wood. This extract is a game changer in alcohol-free applications.
Attendees discerned subtle woody notes reminiscent of barrels in a luscious mocktail mixed with RUM PURE JUNGLE ESSENCE™ and VANILLA INFUSION. The result was sweet, delectable goodness: a perfect match.

NATURAL METHYL HEXYL KETONE in crisps

100% EU-Natural molecule METHYL HEXYL KETONE was bioengineered using MANE’s extensive expertise in biotechnology. This powerful molecule characterised by a robust cheesy profile with fruity and fatty undertones can turn blend cheese into matured cheese. It serves as an interesting addition to a flavourless base, providing a vegan-friendly alternative to traditional cheese.
Guests savoured the creamy, cheesy facets of this flavourful molecule in crisps.

NATURAL (S) GAMMA NONALACTONE in a hot broth

As MANE specialises in natural lactones and biotechnology, we presented EU Natural (S) GAMMA NONALACTONE, a tasty molecule with a milky coconut profile. This delicious ingredient adds a creamy, fatty texture to flavour compositions.
Visitors appreciated the ingredient’s taste and texture in a hot broth containing (S) GAMMA NONALACTONE.

NATURAL CIS OCIMENE in sweets

CIS OCIMENE (ex tagete) is a natural molecule with an authentic flavour profile characterised by citrus and green notes as well as interesting tropical nuances. In flavour formulations, its inclusion not only amplifies natural taste but also enhances genuine fruit flavour, elevating the overall taste experience.
For our final taste experience, we offered visitors sweets containing CIS OCIMENE. Attendees had the opportunity to witness how our molecule enhanced the delicious natural taste of our mango-flavoured gummies.
